The Canopy is a nature-inspired land development positioned beside the expansive Western Sydney Parklands in Austral. The brand celebrates the quiet luxury of living beneath the gum canopy, using layered organic shapes, soft dappled-light textures, and a warm, contemporary palette.
I crafted the identity, marketing story, brochure, maps, pattern motifs, and supporting sales assets to form a cohesive visual language rooted in calm, connection, and elevated suburban living — all designed for a refined, design-led campaign rollout.
